Bake a chicken in the oven in 5 key steps

Baking an entire chicken it can be sometimes demanding. I also had some difficulties while I tested the very first instances, however I can brag now that I make the very best baked chicken on earth. More exquisite versus the one at the restaurant!

To create this kind of mouth-watering restaurant recipe I simply follow a number of these 5 methods:
STEP ONE: Purchase a chicken

Have a good size chicken and after you unpack the plastic packaging give it a good wash under water.
You need to also wash the cavity of the chicken!
You can also use a frozen chicken in case you have one inside the fridge freezer.

2nd step: Seasoning – here comes the enjoyable part!

You can use here simply a little bit of salt and some spices purchased from your local grocery store, however I like to be innovative. To begin with I pour some organic olive oil on the whole chicken. You can also use sunflower oil but I like organic olive oil better. After that I use a paper wipe and get rid of the surplus essential olive oil. This fashion the spices or herbs will stick better on the chicken’s skin surface and that skin surface will also have a greater taste and it will be crisp.
For flavoring, the possibilities are unlimited!
In case you like a little heat you may also try something exotic like: wasabi or coriander applied in the cavity of the chicken before baking it.

STEP 3: Bake the chicken

Preheat the oven at 165F (74 Celsius) and bring a pan that you put the chicken. Be sure that the pan is big enough so those cooking juices won’t leak within the oven. I use these juices to make a yummy dressing for that baked chicken.

Place the chicken in the oven and alter the heat to 350F (180 Celsius) for 50 minutes. This specific temperature is dependent upon the chicken size. If you have a big chicken it is possible to increase the baking heat but never go beyond 400F or 205 Celsius since you would burn the chicken!

From time to time try the chicken with a fork, in case the juice is clear it means that the chicken is baked.

STEP FOUR: The sauce

As soon as you taken out the chicken out of oven you can opt for some dressing! For now I’ll not utilize the sauce from the backed chicken.
I adore garlic :-D and I will do a sour cream and garlic dressing. For that I need 1 cup sour cream (low – fat), five garlic cloves (crushed), 1/2 tablespoon oregano, a little of black pepper along with a spoon of lemon juice. Mix those together and then you we got a fine mixture pour a tablespoon of milk just to make it smoother.

STEP five: Baked chicken – serving alternatives:

While the chicken can be eaten all right just like this, it is possible to add some flavor to it if you add a garnish. Here the possibilities are unlimited. I like mine using potatoes “nature” with butter and some rosemary.
